Final Composition

This composition is based around two algorithms, which, for the most part, are deterministic. However, there is an element of randomness to it because of the grammars implemented, which have several rules that are chosen randomly.

The structure of the piece is based around generating a phrase of notes, setting it to a predetermined rhythm, and orchestrating several instruments based on that phrase and rhythm over time. All of the instruments' rhythm derive from the same base rhythm making up the composition, with the same basic beginning grammar. Overall, the idea of the piece is to keep repeating a rhythm at different times in order to resolve the chaotic nature that it takes on later in the piece.
