Fellowship in Computational Neuroscience

The Yale Child Study Center at Yale School of Medicine is offering the
Simons Fellowship in Computational Neuroscience, and we are interested in
recruiting the highly qualified students in Smith’s Computer Science
program.  Students who will receive a bachelor’s degree by June 2010 will be
eligible for the position.  Students can find further details at
http://childstudycenter.yale.edu/autism/fellowships.html.

The fellowship will commence in July 2010 and is 2 years in duration. The
training experience will be in developing methods for the analysis of visual
scanning and eye-tracking data, computational models of visual salience, and
data visualization techniques, all with the aim of advancing understanding
of autism and efforts at early diagnosis.
